Spells:
Teleport
Ghost

Taric Passive Ability
Introduction
For this to work you will need to lane with a carry, let them get most of the cs and get first blood, usual taric stuff. But you need to be around in every team fight (3v3 and up) to buff everyone the F up.
Runes
Yellow - flat mana regen. for staying in lane, early game for as long as you can
Blue - MR per lvl, MR all game
Quints - flat MR. to help low MR early game
Skill Sequence
Seriously though, 1 point in dazzle for FIRST BLOOD and harass in lane, max it last becuase the stun time stays the same and you dont need the damage
Shatter at 2 and max 1st for dat armour and armour pen, thats why its good to have an AD carry in your lane!
Inbue at 3 max 2nd, if you feel you need more heal for you lane partner alternate between this and shatter
Standard ulti maxing
Items
next depending one your lane partner, team comp and the other team
