Being whatever tier kind of player I am, I'd just like to say don't stress on early farm. If someones kicking you out of farm it's perfectly fine. Just focus on (Q) trades, preferably ones you don't get any return damage, and getting the little farm you can get without much consequence. Once you hit six a lot of mid lanes aren't threatening and you are able to roam.
