Miss Fortune is an AD Carry that has a strong lane phase thanks to her high base stats and dueling capability. Aside from her early game strength, she is also defined by her ultimate. The AoE is incredibly strong and makes her right at home with AoE teams

Quints- I personally love the extra sustain from 3 life steal quints, however some people feel it is such a small amount of life steal that it does nothing, if that's you then try AD Quints they work great on MF

Glyphs- Either scaling Mr or Flat Mr one or the other both work

Seal- Standard AD Carry seal to allow you to win trades with other adc

Marks- Run AD marks unless you went with ad quints, if you went with ad quints run marks of armor pen

Standard AD Carry Masteries, however you can also run 21/9/0 or 21/0/9

This is a fairly standard AD carry build. Start off with a The Bloodthirster since it can stack to have the most AD. Having higher AD is very useful early game with Double Up since it doesn't crit. After, work on your Phantom Dancer to gain some autoattack DPS with crits, then a Last Whisper to deal with tanks in team fights. AD carries often need to hit whatever is closest, and that will 9 out of 10 times be a tank. You can also change it up a bit and go Zeal then Last Whisper then Phantom Dancer. After, you can buy a component for a defensive item (such as Phage if you want Frozen Mallet or Warden's Mail if you want Randuin's Omen). Next, buy an Infinity Edge for even further increased autoattack DPS, then finish off your defensive item. If you aren't in very much danger, you can start building your Infinity Edge earlier.

Positioning is key, since Miss Fortune has no real escape you have to be constantly alert, and positioned correctly, because you will be focused in every team fight, and if you are out of position then it is a gift for the other team, and unlike Ezreal where he can just blink away, you'll be done. And you dying will probally lose the team fight for your team. You also need to communicate with yur team so that they can have someone peel for you, cause lets be honest even your positioned correctly that Renekton or Riven are going to fly by your team and go right for you. Another interesting thing you can do is play with an Amumu or Sona, or even Galio and when they use their hard stuns you just go to town with bullet time, even Jarvan synchronizes well. When it comes to picking a support basically any support works, try not to get zilean tho, lol, and personally i don't like Soraka, I think she's great with ezreal but pretty useless for other carries imo.

Farming... This is key to any AD Carry, you don't need kills to win your lane if you out cs your opponent then you won your lane, MAKE SURE to CS it is so key sure a kill here and there is nice but if you go only for kills and the opponents adc is 100 cs ahead chances are they'll beat you, so make sure to cs.
