ive layed out the items in order they should buy them. this should allow max survivability and max damage and once you get life steal should also give you a large effect from it. with the 6 daggers you can take on 1v2 or better depending you how good you are. i can tell you this would allow you to solo rammus and hes level 6 skill . yes you can kill any one 1v1 but the daggers want make you over power for to long so make sure to last hit the monsters . try to make other player fear you so you can farm freely and can go and gank when your lane is pushd save your mushroom things for in combat early on gold is very important . place those mushrooms just right to ware you can kill all minons that are fighting and try catch other player with it when you place it . easyer done when faceing melee.
