I don't really understand why you take both zephyr and merc treads. tenacity from items doesn't stack and irelia usually needs armor to let her win the top lane. zephyr itself isn't really a good item on her because the stats are all good yes, but very lackluster. wit's end will give your more damage period seeing as your Q applies on hit affects and irelia is very sticky regardless of her movement speed.

also, why do you not think wit's end isn't a very good item? this item gives irelia a ton of damage while providing a decent amount of MR. AP carries cannot simply nuke someone down with 150 magic resist, which is what I shoot for on irelia. that will give you plenty of survivability to get your job done. AP will ignore you for the most part seeing as your ADC is very very important to kill.

frozen mallet isn't an acceptable replacement for the trinity force passive proc. you stick to people like glue if they're slowed or not. trinity force is what makes a fed irelia broken.

Runic Bulwark is a heavy defense item that does NOT synergize with irelia. randuins is pretty good because it keeps a team's damage low for the few seconds of slow/dmg reduction. not to mention you don't really need that much magic resist anyway AND you can get health from better items.

purchasing a sightstone is more cost effective than purchasing a Wriggle's Lantern

Black Cleaver is broken. Irelia is no exception to this rule.

and lastly, you guide was almost unbearable to read. the multi-sized, non-linked icons made it a painful read. to not disrupt the flow of a paragraph use a simple link by encasing the item/ability in brackets [ [like this minus the space]]. colors would be nice too.

Lol it's fine, I think you are on to something, this seems like she would be op with this build. I would get rid of Juggernaut and Legendary Armor and maybe even Perseverance the heal regen isn't real clear on how it increases so it could be amazing but we don't know. IF you do the math on juggernaut and legendary armor u might get 10 armor and mr and 120 health....but that's full built late game....isn't amazing early game or even mid game and especially isn't that great on irelia who is suppose to build damage.

Your abilities, I understand why you max E before Q because you want the stun. But you are missing the fact that Q receives CDR per level where as E does not...That 6 second dash could mean the difference between kill and escape.

oh and you ought to get Tenacious it stacks with tenacity...so your item +35 + 15 from masteries + 40 from passive = you can't be CC'd really.

I'm suprised no one has said this but tenacity from your boots and zephyr don't stack, get ninja tabi or MS3 boots for reduction of slows.
