Not going to downvote this guide neither upvote it. The problem with this guide is that it seems to be made for level 10-20 summoners who are pretty new to the game. I wouldn't recommend it for higher levels of play because I have no clue why you would get the brutalizer.

I also think it's better to go I.E first because you get tankyness from courage and you should have flat MR glyphs and flat armor seals ( non scaling ). Then you get 9x marks of desolation + 3 x quints of desolation because armor pen is always nice on garen.

I think you won't find much succes in going for a brutalizer after the sword of occult , but it's really nice if playing solo top vs someone who is stacking armor. It's a bit of situational item.

Also I think for high level play it's better to let a ranged attack damage champion ( like graves , ashe , kog'maw , cait ) go bottom lane with a supportive champion like sona, soraka and janna.

Yes you can duo top but I think it's better to have a jungler because one player gets significantly more experience that way.

Finally I do like the guide itself and can clearly see that you put some effort in it despite your lack of ranked gameplay experience.
