If someone plays this more aggressively then it might be bigger problem. Then seals could be changed to flat mana regen instead of per level runes. Also Clarity spell can be used instead of Exhaust, I just personally don't need it because I'm saving mana. And it doesn't give much help late game, and takes that slot from Exhaust which is great spell. In fact I bought per level runes mostly because they are cheaper than flat runes. I've been thinking to change the last item of this build. This build will reach 37.62% without Shurelya's Reverie, since masteries give 9% and per level runes 8,62%. The last 2,38% doesn't matter too much, so I could sell Philosopher and buy some AP item instead. Might be updating this to guide, after I try it.
