Using Health Yellows and Armor Quints is more effective than your current setup.

Buying a Stealth Ward on spawn is rather situational as a start item build just consisting out of Relic Shield + 3 Health Potion and 1 Mana Potion along with Stealth Ward provides you far more sustain and still a decent amount of vision considering you've got two wards in bot lane. You can switch your Trinket after finishing Sightstone.

Against AP and in general you should consider Mikael's Blessing as a tremendously important option.

Maxing E over W at level 2 is superior to be able to trade more easily.

Sunfire Aegis is never an option and IBG is decent if ahead maybe but you should consider playing not that selfish if behind for instance.

Expand the content about gameplay and check the coding of the chapter about items again as it's messed up (maybe you missed using closing brackets).

Thanks for feedback.
About choosing Stealth Ward over Stealth Ward is my personal decision, because i would be able to "clear" the enemy wards early. But i should comment about this in the guide.
I understand what u say about Mikael's Blessing, i completely forgot about it (shame on me).
And about Maxing E over W at level 2, it was a mistake i made ( shame on me... again), i hadn't seen that.
Thanks again.

P.S. i will fix the item chapter.
