Ability Power does nothing for the speed of your atk on your special. It only increases the damage of the harder hitting strike. As for rage blade. People get it because it gives jax more HP with each stack due to his equipment mastery. So I have no idea what you are talking about.

OK, Your summoner spells are good, your masteries are good, but your items don't work with Jax abilities. Yes phantom dancer and ninja tabi do but the rest don;t. I found getting guinsoo rageblade is the best way to go for jax it gives attack and ability power for your ultimate, in your case you have none. A jax with any sort of ap will be able to defeat you, you must have ap, belive me, I have over 6 quadra kills with jax, all because i use items that work with my ultimate. I am making my guide on him soon. But always get Ninja tabi, Guisoo rageblade, Phantom Dancer, then gunblade hectaxe(don't know the exact spelling), Then You can get either Bloodthrister, or infinity edge, but its your choice.
