Vladimir is a bloodsucking vampire, and should only be blood sucking. Vladimir was supposed to go AD Carry from the beginning, but people are ******ed and made him AP. Trust me, Vlad is supposed to go AD... If anyone tells you otherwise, they're liars.

Vladimir is supposed to go all Attack Damage,Life Steal, Crit, and Attack Speed, but for runes, just get Attack Damage(Marks,Seals,Glyphs), and Attack Speed(Quintessences).

The usual AD Carry mastery build, Attack Damage, Critical Strike, Cooldown Reduction, Attack Speed, Armor Penetration, etc.

Start off with a Vampiric Scepter, this will help you suck their blood real well.

Next, get Berserker's Greaves. These will make your blood rush faster when you see someone, and you can suck blood faster!

From all that bloodsucking you must have a lot of money! Buy a B.F. Sword, and if you have even more, get a Bloodthirster! This is your best item, suck tons of minion's blood to make it suck their blood even more!

Now, get a Zeal, so you can suck faster, and you HAVE A 10% CHANCE TO SUCK THEIR BLOOD DOUBLE AS MUCH AS YOU MEANT TO! Also makes you swim faster in your pool of blood.

Pickaxe; suck harder...yeah, yeah, yeah.

The Phantom Dancer, this will make you hit a lot faster, MAKE IT A 30% CHANCE TO SUCK DOUBLE WHAT YOU MEANT TO and make you run as fast as you can!

Now purchase not one, but TWO B.F. Swords, or as I say, Big F*****g Swords!They will make you suck harder.

Now buy Bloodthirster, this will make you suck MORE BLOOD, eat a lot of minions for more blood,

Go back to shop and buy Infinity Edge, this will make you suck 250% blood, on accident, 30% of the time.

One last item, buy Frozen Mallet, if you haven't won yet. This will make you hold lots of blood, and make you hit a little harder. And people will be amazed at how much you suck from them, so you will slow them down while they RUN FROM YOU!

After all this, buy the Elixers with the money you have left.

Upgrade your abilities in the order that I told you.
