As a support, you need to clear wards too, you need Sweeping Lens after you get Sightstone. Stealth Wards are not enough, even due to the limited number of wards you can put, you still need at least a Sightstone so you won't need to keep on wasting your money to buy wards, Sightstone is not belong to the Alternatives. You are starting with Spellthief's Edge, that means you want to poke the enemy more, you need greater mark of hybrid penetration its because that you will deal more damage with AA. Mercury's Treads....You are not going to even get focused anyway.....Another blue shoes could be: Sorcerer's Shoes.....

Thank you so much for your input, I think this will help me a lot! I'm still a beginner at making guides and I mostly made this for my friends- but I'm working on improving it. I've only used it a bit in ranked and its worked well- but I'll admit I'm not the best player ever, and certainly not a master Lulu.
Sightstone IS blue, yes- and I forgot to add that as an optional item- though I often find it to be obsolete when my entire team is warding and using their trinkets, along with the wards I already buy.
Keep in mind Scrying Orb helps a lot to avoid face checking.
However, I understand the chances of playing with a team that consistently wards is unlikely, especially in normals and low ELOs....so I think I'll see how the build flows with a Sightstone and start playing with it more often.
I wasn't completely sure what to use for my Mark, but my friend said that Greater Mark of Magic Penetration would be the best way to go, but I'll certainly try out Greater Mark of Hybrid Penetration.
On the topic of using Flash in the place of Heal (or different summoner spells entirely), I understand that Flash can get you out of some deadly situations (or get you into some)- but I've had Heal turn the tide of an early fight in bot lane to get my ADC a double kill way too often for me to write it off....however, I agree that Flash has far more uses, and I'll try using it in the place of Heal.

So, as a Lulu main myself, I was definitely interested in your "Blue Build". However, there are a couple important things I'd like to address:

• Try a Pros/Cons list! This is pretty much vital in any guide, anywhere. It gives your reader a better understanding of why you've down what you did.
• Greater Mark of Magic Penetration is great, but have you tried greater mark of hybrid penetration? I promise, it's amazing. With the help of Pix, Faerie Companion, your autoattack alone will do massive amounts of damage! This is especially important early on in the laning phase, as Lulu's time to shine is early game, where she can do huge amounts of pokage.
• Please, please, please get Sightstone. I cannot express the importance of vision enough. I have seen people who sold their Sightstone or didn't get it in the first place get destroyed as they face check bushes with 4 of the enemy team hiding in it. Besides, it's blue...
• Have you tried using your cheat sheet as references? This way, you can show the reader your items/masteries/runes/skill sequence/etc more easily. Need a hand on how to do it, you can try Jhoijhoi's abo****ely amazing Making a Guide. It'll show you everything you need to know about making your guide beautiful!
• No flash? Well, I suppose Lulu's escape/kiting potential is really, really good, but Flash is always a handy summoner to keep with you. It can not only buy you extra time should you blink over a wall, but is also great for a combo of Flash+ Wild Growth as an initiation of a teamfight.

I'm just going to leave it there. I think it's really clever that you made this "Blue Build" for Lulu, and I'm interested enough to actually try it one day, but I also really hope you keep in mind some of the things I've thrown out there :) You're not required (oh goodness no xD) by any means to actually make any of the changes, but I hope I've at least brought a new perspective to you! A few things I would like to discuss;

• No flash, no plays. Nuff said.
• No Sightstone. No happy comments from community.
• Your build would never work, other than in low elo or normals. You're a support, how are you going to do your job if you use Zhonya's Hourglass?
• You have the BBcode, but the guide is still very unappealing to the eye, add more images.
• You should go more in-depth while explaining. Most of your chapters only consist of 2-4 lines.
