This is a basic build for Wukong that incorporates lots of burst damage and utility. If done right with a decent extent of skill the other team should be facepalming every time they see you.

Note that the runes listed are runes that are helpful. Honestly the rune selection is totally up to you since the build doesnt rely heavily on the rune choice.

Standard masteries for most AD champs. AP is good for early game harrassment but mid and late game requires more AD and crit damage. Life steal is a good bonus.

Crushing Blow combined with Nimbus Strike is the best burst harassment in the game probably. Max these two abilities first but make sure you put a point in Decoy so you can get out fast.

Start with double doran's. This tactic is much more potent then you might expect. Build Merc Treads and make sure you get some health pots in between. After this build a Youmuus. At this point you should have a fair amount of kills. Build an Infinity Edge next and make sure you use Nimbus Strike to get close so you can let the crit chance increase do its work. Get a warmog's nd then an Atma's so you have sustain accented with a substantial increase in damage. Finish with a bloodthirster or a Last Whisperer. The final item you by won't really matter at this point because it should be late game and you should already be raping face.

Pick up ignite and flash. Flash as an escape mechanism, and Ignite to finish off an enemy that refuses to die. These can be replaced by exhaust, teleport, or surge depending on wether you like to slow down an enemy so allies can land skill shots or you want to get around the map quickly. Surge really just helps you take down turrets fast and turn into a monster during a 1v1.

-Wont be as viable in late game if you havent done well in early and mid game
-Lacks viability until core items have been purchased
-Needs to be played with precision or will be torn apart.

Early game you wanna save your mana for harass so just autoattack the enemy creeps.By level 5 or 6 you should start using your Nimbus Strike on clusters of minions. This levels you fast and gives you tons of gold.

Before the game starts get your Crushing Blow and check the bushes with an ally. If there is an enemy immediatly Crushing Blow them and autoattack them. This should either get first blood or at least do a fair amount of damage to them. As the game progresses dont harass until level 3. At this time activate Crushing Blow then Nimbus Strike to the enemy champ. Once the Crushing Blow lands activate Decoy and get out of there. This is your basic method of dealing damage in lane. When chasing an enemy champ use Decoy to make them assume youve stopped chasing. Then Nimbus Strike to them and finish them off.
When being chased, use Decoy and juke to a nearby bush or keep running if the enemy is an idiot and attacks the Decoy. If you wanna play with luck instead of hitting Decoy just press s on the keyboard and watch your enemy run by you (hopefully).
In team fights you should go in first and knock everyone into the air with Cyclone. After this activate Decoy and back up. Enter the frsy and target squishy enemies and enemies low on health. By late game when you have your Youmuu's and Infinity Edge you should be able to just destroy everyone.

Remember that Crushing Blow is your main source of damage. Use decoy to escape and don't be afraid to use Cyclone to get away from enemies chasing you. Remember Spin to Win. Have fun :D
