Taking Morellonomicon over a Nashor's Tooth means you will lose too much DPS as well as Liandry's Torment being less effective than a second Nashor even at the best situations at having the Liandry's Torment, not to mention that the CDR mastery can never surpass the Precision mastery, since as the game progresses you are supposed to do constant dps, not be a mage that spams spells.

Excellent guide so far, with some very valuable information that I haven't found anywhere else. Very helpful indeed. I really want to see the matchups section though, hopefully its in good detail.
