Brand - 1,2,3, BURN
Magic Pen is Brand's best friend due to his bad AP scaling and you only have MPen Marks, Quint, and Sorc boots.
His passive will do more damage as well with magic pen and any smart player will have at least 1 or 2 Magic Resist items if they see you stacking just AP.
