You start buying the Prospector's Ring and Boots of Speed. When you get enough money buy Catalyst the Protector, and if you have enough money to buy Ionian Boots, don't waste your money, unless you really need to boost your movementspeed, because the faster you can get Rod of Ages, the faster it will pay of having bought it. If you have problems needing to hp, you can buy Hextech Revolver,after you've bought Rod of Ages and Ionian Boots. After you have bought 2 Rod of Ages, you should buy Glacial Shroud, which gives you a lot of cooldown reduction, which helps you dealing tons of damage. It also provides a fair amount of armor, which makes you allot tankier. By now you don't even have to worry about mana anymore, even if you are using your abilities all the time. Now you should buy Frozen Heart, as it gives you a little more cooldown reduction, armor, mana and has the rather pleasent passive, which makes reduces your enemy's attackspeed by 20%. By now the game should be over, but if it's still in progress, or you have been feeden massivly, you could either buy Rylai's Crystal Scepter, Abyssal Scepter or Will of the Ancients, depending upon if you need more HP, Magic Resist or Spellvamp. If the game still is in progress, you can always buy Rylai's Crystal Scepter, Abyssal Scepter or Will of the Ancients, again depending upon what you need, and what youve already bought.

THIS BUILD DOES FINE IN SUMMONERS RIFT OR TWISTED TREELING, IF YOU REPLACE PROSPECTER'S RING WITH DORAN'S RING.
