Sorry if the text isn't too long just mainly wanted to make a build and just talk aboout.
Brand is a really great APC / Mid, If not the best.
Items
For example: Lets say the enemy team is heavy on MR ( Magic Resist ) Instead of Lich Bane you might want Void Staff.
Summoner Spells
You can also roll with exhaust if you are tired of chasing those fast opponents
