i made a miscalculation on the mana runes: greater seal of clarity has a turnover at 6-7.
so if spam your skills early game, then the runes you put are the ones needed.

i would just like to point out a few things:

greater seal of clarity (mana5/lv) have their turn over at level 3. taking greater seal of replenishment is inferior because of this.

to harass, taking pillar would be your best bet because it allows you to zone out the enemy and it deals more overall damage if they get caught in it and you follow up with an auto attack.

and i would recommend putting in a section saying to take RoA if they are melee/AD heavy because an item like Banshees becomes much less useful. Unless of course they have AD casters such as Panteon who can easily burst someone down. on this same note, put a section saying to get Void Staff when necessary because although players can think for themselves, its always nice to see that stuff like that isn't forgotten.

as for masteries i would suggest putting a point the jungle buff thing for two reasons: hes a great farmer, so you don't need what litte gold Greed gives you, and because hes Ap nuker, he can use Blue Buff.

mag res glyphs are a good idea, although i don't see why you wouldn't want a full set of them...
your quints are an interesting choice... the magic pen is a good choice, but the abilty power per level quint is odd. again, consistency is best imo.
and for even better harassing early/mid game are the Quints of Potency. these will make your enemy laner rage about how OP he is early game even though he isn't.

the items in general are persoanly preference which i see nothing wrong with since you have the essentials there.

these are my thoughts, hope they prove constructive :) lol.

fyi, we should have try a game with double nukers, as in brand and kass. and we can decide on mid like this: if they're a caster, kass mids, if not, then brand. brand can also solo top since hes a great farmer and has good range. just food for thought.
