Introduction
Why?
His Blaze (Passive) deals magic dmg equals to 2%(!) over 4 sec. of the targeds health and it's maks his other abilities stronger.
The most builds wants to push him into an ganing-Char with less then 1750 HP.
with his build you'll have ~3000 HP AND 428 AP.
