Another thing, I'd get TH as a 2nd item after Devour & Mobis. Normally I advise against the AD, but the 400HP and the passive waveclear makes it really strong. Once you get Sated & Titanic, you can Q > AA > TH active + Phantom hit to instant stun a guy. But after those items I recommend building more HP and defenses since you don't scale well with AD or AP.
My final suggestions & recommendations would be to change up a few things.
For masteries, go 9/21/0 to get the attack speed, CDR & butcher since you don't scale well with AD/level & bonus AD from warlord. 21 in defense can be geared more on bonus HP & bonus resists along with tenacity & regen.
For runes, go for AS reds & quints since the extra AD won't make you stun as fast for early clears. Also, more AS means more on-hit magic damage after you land your stun. Golds & Blues can be preference picks. For golds, you can go flat armor (which sux), scaling armor or scaling HP. For blues, you could go flat/scaling CDR or scaling MR.
The item path I recommend would be Ranger's Trailblazer - Devour > Boots of Mobility > Titanic Hydra > Warmog's Armor > Spirit Visage > Dead Man's Plate. That build alone will give you lots of HP, regen & resists plus easy stun combos. A lot of your items can be situational items too.
Final Thoughts: I like where this guide is heading & I see this is a really good start. You just need to do some testing and some numbers crunching. Also, try to find a purpose for Jungle Braum. The one I found was to be a tanky, supportive peel jungler... somewhat like Nunu except with better CC. Anyway I hope this helps you!
