I won't bother with all the theory and explaining the reason for the items! I'll just let the stats speak for them self, in combination of your personal skill level. Your choice of using this build as a Lane or a Jungle champion is you preference! I always use this build as a Lane fighting build! It's a great build a little expensive for inexperienced Nocturne players but when you get the hang of it, you'll be the most feared of your team!
