Lucian is easier match up in high elo where ppl actually Tumble the Piercing Light.
Haven't been impressed by a single Vayne in diamond so far tho. (When playing Lucian)

Agreed with this. Corki is (rightly) a hard matchup but so is Lucian.

Few other notes:
If you decide to get ghostblade, you should get it after BORK (second main item). It's primarily a early/mid game item and there are better options for late game.
I've played with enough high elo Vayne players (Diamond 4-2 solo queue) and they never use condemn on minions.
Frozen Mallet is a really mediocre defensive item
Furur boots enchantment is better than alacrity atm.

Cork and jinx have higher burst damage and can kill you faster than Lucian, at least in my experience it seems that way

mark of armor penetration are bad on ADCs.

Youmuu's Ghostblade and Statikk Shiv can substitute your Phantom Dancer

Last Whisper basically isn't an option unless your enemies are braindead

Lucian isn't easy matchup. You can tumble out of every Corki's ability and Jinx's so why are they ranked so hard compared to Lucian?
