situational items are just that

change boots depending on enemy team (tabi for ad team, treads for cc/ap team, swift or treads for mix)

go fon if heavy on casters otherwise i usually go warmogs or randuins after frozen mallet

I use ghostblade occasionaly - I find it just accelerates an amazing laning start - can be more useful in ganks as well - depends on playstyle - good item but i usually prefer atmas /warmogs for a defensive win
