why not phantom dancer over rapid fire cannon ?
you can walk through creeps and pretty much not have to quick draw.

I'm not gonna lie Sterak's gage is a very solid 5-6th item on graves gives you sustain in a fight that is crucial for graves when he gets jumped.
Also buying Maw when they have a heavy AP comp is good idea too.

My apologies, but on second thought, I think that Warrior is actually a lot better than Devourer in most situations.

I think Devourer is so much better than Warrior. I never have success with Warrior because Graves is clunky as it is in the early game when it comes to kiting champs or animation cancelling. With no attack speed, it just makes it a whole lot harder and Graves has a super fast cleartime so you can stack devourer fully at around 15 minutes.

Thankyou! You aren't the only one who's given me this suggestion. I've changed the hurricane, and add the essence reaver. I want to see what people say about this change, but for now I'll keep it like this. :)

I think Essence Reaver is too good on Graves, especially in the jungle. The mana and cdr, as well as crit chance all help him do more amage, and not go oom, as you pointed out was a con. If you build ER, it's no longer a con.
