kog does not need mana regen seals. manage your cooldowns better.
take exhaust to avoid wasting points in your mastery tree.
if you wanna build hybrid ap/as kog he needs more as to max his damage.
you'd be better of dropping the ap runes, the only real reason you have AP on kog is increase the % damage of his W, and this build has almost 60 AP that is "wasted".
wits end is much better than sword of the divine.
no void ooze until lvl 4 makes for a sad long legged koggy woggy. his early game is depressingly terrible, don't make it worse by neglecting to take CC :) get bloodthirster, and this build becomes hybrid, while keeping pretty much the same magic damage, (whats 1% of health as magic damage when your AD has just gone up by 100 and you get lifesteal).
kog NEEDS defensive items, no room for glass cannon in the current meta.
