Hey why not Caitlyn top? :P She is ranged has relly good escapes with E and W. Best range in game. She can farm and zone opponent safely. She can build even full ad/crit or ad/armor pen. It looks like better Teemo for me and when I play it acts as better Teemo. Give it chance not nesseciary with my build. :P
