Never, and i mean NEVER play cait in a midlane, only solo with support and preferably use heal as a summoner, even the "pros" do so.

And why do you rush LW, an item which is only making sense if the enemies got a load of armor?

Same as above this guide is rather illogical unfortunately and you dont give me the impression you have a lot of experience with Cait and even with the game itself. It looks like a build a lvl 20 and below would follow.


Re-work re-think and edit this

Switch Bloodthirster with Last Whisper in your Purchase order and get some Armor and MR with your Seals and Glpyhs for some more sustainability in the laning phase.

Rushing last whisper isn't the best build choice as your opponents will not have a lot of armor.You also don't have any defenses except 3 mr and 3 armor from your masteries which is very little.Flat damage runes are also better as Cait excells in lane and not late game.

Optically, this guide is well done.

Contentwise, not so much.

Much has been said by the people above me, but if you want to lane vs mid, why don't you drop the 1.5% extra damage and relocate a few mastery points so you get MR and more life of the defensive tree?

Also, rushing last whisper as a first item really is not that good of an idea, especially mid.

Do not like your rune choice either, as you said you want to go mid I do not even see you taking MR runes of any kind. Seems sub optimal to me. When you are dead, you can't do damage...at all.

Ability sequence seems ok.
