1/6/11 EDIT 3: Fix a few errors in my build description
Caitlyn, the Sheriff of Piltover - Caitlyn is the new champion on the fields of justice. Caitlyn is a Long ranged Carry, who excels during early game. Because she is ranged, she is great in any lane.
Her passive is Headshot, Headshot builds up to seven stacks before a high damage attack is fired. The stacks increase by one if Caitlyn is standing out of the bushes and increased by two if she is in the bush.
Piltover Peacemaker Is her Q skill It is a great farming skill. When you fire Piltover Peacemaker it will hit every target in its path but it gets weaker as it hits more targets. Try to get Piltover Peacemaker up as it is your main skill.
Yordle Snap Trap is her W It places a Bear Trap on the ground, tho it is not invisible to the other side, When a Champion steps in the Yordle Snap Trap they are stunned, take damage over time, and visible to everyone for a short amount of time.
90 Caliber Net is her E It shots a net at your target slowing what ever it hits. Tho the recoil pushes Caitlyn back so use the skill wisely. Only put 1 stat point into 90 Caliber Net and level it up last.
Her Ult is Ace in the Hole This is a long ranged snipe that will massively hurt its target, Its a great way to last hit enemy champions. Its not always a guaranteed kill how ever, A allied Champion can walk in front of her shot and take the damage for there wonded allies.
My Summoner Spells are Flash, and Exhaust.
Flash: I take Flash along to help me escape them early and late game ganks when your team fails to call MIA. Flash can not only save your life, it can also get you a kill. What ever the need, flash will get the job done, weather you have to flash out of the Dragon's layer or Flash in front of a Wounded enemy to dish out the final blow, Flash is almost a must on most squishy carries.
Exhaust: I grab Exhaust for 2 reasons, one of the reasons is so I don't get hard pressured into a gank, When I need to run and someone like Rammas is chasing me, I can just Exhaust then then flash away if needed. Exhaust can also get you or your teammate a kill, if you have a enemy wended to the point where he needs to leave combat, you can toss Exhaust on him to ensure the kill.
Pros / Cons
Lets take a look at the Pros and Cons of this build
Caitlyn is ranged, making last hitting minions easy to last hit.
Caitlyn can take any lane but excels in side lanes due to her passive.
Caitlyn Passive can turn a 2v2 into a one sided fight.
Caitlyns ult is able to last hit champions really easy, its almost always a kill.
Caitlyn can escape from combat easy.
Caitlyn is not a good jungle.
Caitlyn is extremely squishy.
Caitlyn is targeted in ganks.
Caitlyn Runs slow.
