i haveto agree with lypos but this build primarely works if you can get extremely fed otherwise youll probably never get to that second phantom dancer but all in all if you mid with this Cait well definatly dominate the opposing faction

A bit expensive with the items coming in at 16305. I can she she is set up to mainly farm and control the lane, so that will help. With 5 big ticket items it'll still be an effort to get the max build and it'll be slow progress with the chance of your opponent negating or passing you up early in the game and keeping you starved.
