wen u have cleanse it will help escape from any battle some times i guess and have exhaust will help u win any battle. The ruins i picked were very good for attack speed and mana regen and attack damage for a earily game. The masteries r good at earily game to. The iteams i picked r good for crit attack speed and damage and movement speed. If u get phantom dancer first it will help u escape at earily game but ifu get malady first it just helps u get a few kills earily game and have a few ability power for ur blinding dart so I perfer malady then phantom dancer. Frozen Mallet will help u servivie in battle much more longer and have some damage in battles but most of ur poison is ur damage.
