Hello, this is my second build, but my first one I made at like level 10 and it sucks... Now I'm level 29(and 1/4 :P) and I am much more experienced, and I actually copied some items and runes and stuff on my other build, this one is 100% all me. Hope you enjoy my Teemo build... Marks:-Greater Mark of Insight(+0.95 Magic Pen.)I take magic pen runes because they are very good for Teemo, as he is AP.

Seals:-Greater Seal of Replenishment(+0.41 Mana Regen.) I take this because early game, Teemo is a bit mana hungry with his SHROOMS!

Glyphs:-Greater Glyph of Alacrity(+0.64% Atk. Spd.) Teemo needs that attack speed, for it has g00d synergy w/ his poison.

Quintessences:-Greater Quintessence of Potency(+4.95 Ability Power) I take this one for the most obv. reason.. He's ap.

-Greater Quintessence of Fortitude(+26 Health) I take this one SOMETIMES because Teemo is squishy. TBH, I prefer it over AP Quints, because you already have +15 from D. Ring, so health could help your squish out.

For masteries, I take 9/0/21 focusing on AP in Offense, and Mana Regen, AP, and Utility in the Utility tree.(<-- Hey look, I'm Phreak! Jk, I keed Phreak.)

Offense:
Well, I take what I take in Offense because it specs in AP. You get the AP first row, plus the crit. only b/c you need to get to second row, and other 2 are useless. Second row, I don't get 0 in Sorcery because I need the attack speed too, and Nashor's Tooth gives CDR. Then I get the Ignite mastery because it gives 10 AP when you use Ignite.

Defense:
Teemo doesn't need defense.. Well, he does but it's better to have the others.

Utility:
For Utility, I just take the basic AP utility masteries.

I takeDoran's Ring first because it's a good first item for Teemo. It's pretty perfect actually. Then I getSorcerer's Shoes for movement speed and magic pen.Nashor's Tooth comes next. I pick Nashor's Tooth because it gives AS and AP.. so, derp? Lol. Next I go forHextech Gunblade because I'm squishy, it gives AP, it gives AD, it gives life steal, it gives spell vamp. 'Nuff said. After that I go for a Malady. This is for same reason as the Nashor's Tooth. Hurp Derp. I THEN GET THE! *dramatic pause for no apparent reason, just b/c :D) Rylai's Crystal Sceptre. This I get for AP, Health, Slows. <3 LAST BUT NOT TEH LEAST I GETS Rabadon's Deathcap for the most OBVIOUS reason. I sell Doran's Ring for this.

I get Toxic Shot first because it poisons, so it's a good first blood. I get Blinding Dart next to.. well, blind! Then Move Quick for if I need to escape and ****. Then I max Toxic Shot because it is your one vital skill. Blinding Dart only blinds one person, uses mana, not good for farm. Teemo = toxic shot farm all the way & in team fights, you hit everyone instead of focusing to poison em all. Blind their best AD.
Blinding Dart - Obscures an enemy's vision with a powerful venom, dealing damage to the target unit and causing all attacks to miss for the duration.
Deals 80/125/170/215/260 (+0.8) magic damage and causes the target to miss all of their attacks for 1.5/1.75/2/2.25/2.5 seconds.
Cost 70/80/90/100/110 Mana

Move Quick - Teemo scampers around, passively increasing his movement speed until he is struck by an enemy champion or turret. Teemo can sprint to gain bonus movement speed that isn't stopped by being struck for a short time.
Passive: Teemo's Movement Speed is increased by 10/14/18/22/26% unless he has been damaged by an enemy champion or turret in the last 5 seconds.

Active: Teemo sprints, gaining twice his normal bonus for 3 seconds. This bonus is not lost when struck.

Toxic Shot - Each of Teemo's attacks will poison the target, dealing damage on impact and each second after for 4 seconds.
Teemo's basic attacks poison their target, dealing 9/18/27/36/45 (+0.14) magical damage upon impact and 6/12/18/24/30 (+0.14) magical damage each second for 4 seconds.

Noxious Trap - Teemo places an explosive poisonous trap using one of the mushrooms stored in his pack. If an enemy steps on the trap it will release a poisonous cloud, slowing enemies and damaging them over time.
Uses a stored mushroom to place a trap that detonates if an enemy steps on it, spreading poison to nearby enemies that slows movement speed by 30/40/50% and deals 200/400/600 (+0.8) magic damage over 4 seconds. Traps last 10 minutes.

Teemo forages for a mushroom every seconds, but he is only big enough to carry 3 at once.

Camouflage: - If Teemo stands still and takes no actions for 3 seconds, he becomes stealthed indefinitely. After leaving stealth, Teemo gains the Element of Surprise, increasing his attack speed by 40% for 3 seconds.
HOW TO USE CAMOUFLAGE: Use camoflauge for good ganks early game.
Laning: Sit in between the two bushes(in the middle of the lane though) that are right next to each other. You'll be in range for minion xp, and be able to gank them easily if they over extend.
Mid: Just sit in the damn middle of the lane, prob halfway between mid of lane and turret though, and boom. Gank!
Also, use this to an advantage. Someone is chasing your teammate/an enemy is escaping! Go where your teammate is running to, and gank the one chasing him/her, or go to an enemies escape route and gank him/her(while stealthed of course).
MUSHROOM SPOTS: Put mushrooms at corners, the little bridge thing leading to the river(both sides), dragon & baron(<--a must), bushes(usually gank preventation), places in river/their jungle(your jungle too if they have jungler and start to counter jungle), escape routes, in middle of lane(for farm only).

I getIgnite andFlash. Flash is because Teemo is very squishy, blah blah, ignite if to catch people who think they can run + double poison, blah blah:D.
