This is an AD build for Twisted Fate.
This build focuses on high Attack Damage with speed and critical strike.
Always remember the most important skill a good TF can have is the ability to consistently pick Gold Cards. I cant stress this enough.

Early game:
Focus on using your Blue Card to last hit minions and use Destiny to get back to your lane and continue farming every time your return to base.

Mid game:
By now you should have your Attack Damage reasonably high and should be able to start setting up ganks or simply putting out crazy damage in team fights. If team fights break out and your minions waves are up near the opponents turrets use your ult to BD. This is very effective especially if the team fights are not going well because it will probably pull at least one of the enemy champions out of the fight to deal with you.

Late Game:
Make sure you are landing Gold Card on the enemy casters or carry. Late game is where Twisted Fate is at his best so bu this point you should be able to push the lanes and BD some of the enemy inhibitors. Almost always taking out an inhibitor will result in gg.

Two important notes:
Note that this build does not use Wild Cards, this is because they are to mana intensive and not very powerful for a purely AD build.
Also note that the item build specifying to take the PickAxe first when you start to build your IE. This is because you will probably not have the income to collect the money for a BF Sword very quickly so taking the PickAxe first lets you more steadily increase your AD without a huge period of waiting.
