Pantheon is an AD nuke capable of unloading HUGE amounts of damage at once while devastating the entire team with Grand Skyfall+Heartseeker

I am new to building guides but I have found this build to be VERY affective in ALL games

PROS
1. Simple and EXTREMELY effective combo (Q-W-E-Q) (or just W-E-Q)
2. Absolute massive burst damage (starting at level 3)
3. Stun
4. Global teleport with high damage
5. Late game character
6. Can tower-dive at level 1 (Passive)
7. You will WIN those fights where you both have low health with no mana (HSS passive)


CONS
1. VERY mana-hungry early game
2. Squishy (That's okay! you're in to KILL AND GET OUT
3. Cool down dependent

I like the Standard armor pen marks/quintessences, CDR glyphs, and dodge seals
If you feel that you aren't good at getting your passive to proc, or are just too aggressive, i would get the Flat health Quintessences

21/9/0 obviously for maximum damage output and that extra dodge+move speed

If you get exhaust instead of clarity/flash change Archmage's Savvy mastery and get improved exhaust

Here's the tricky part but this is how like to build it

ALWAYS GET AN ELIXR OF FORTIUDE!!!

Sword of the occult+/boots of swiftness (DO NOT GET BERSERKER GREAVES)

If you don't have enough for the occult in one go, but have ~950, get a longsword+boots1 (the Longsword for Last Whisper

I like to get clarity for early game and flash for escaping/landing Aegis of Zeonia
exhaust would also be good along with cleanse

Also if you get exhaust, instead of getting Archmage's Savvy mastery, get the improved exhaust

Farm with HSS if you know you're safe, last hit creeps under 15% health for HSS passive and spear shot the cannon minions if you must
