I think that's Frozen heart is better because of the reduction of the attack speed of the enemy, and getting more mana.

sry guys, i had to stop playing for while, i will re-build my cass guide and make more comprehensive. Just to know the frozen heart is viable in late game if you have a feeded draven. Wota is a good option if want to be killing and staying alive in late game, because as you see the Twin Fang has low cooldown. but as i prefer to be good against an AD i take Frozen heart every time and worked. The main problem in this build is the mana regen. However, i pursuit this line of itens i stop to really think about the 2 last itens after pick up Rylai's. One thing that i use to do is, even if you're loosing the lane, i do the same build until Rylai's. I'll be more focus on this guide now cause i'm in vacation. thx for reading, i know it not a good guide, so i'm greatfull to all you. sry for the bad english. x)

It might, however it's just too slow and doesn't really help your early game and the shield passive is counter intuitive when all you want is to spam your spells, not drain your mana into a shield... but the biggest problem is that it only gives you mana+ap, not any defense stats. Chalice into Athene is a better choice.

Tear/Seraph's is usually taken against AD

If I were to go against someone like Zed or Pantheon I'd probably build Tear > Zhonyas or Double Dorans Zhonyas

Frozen Heart? NO. If you really have to stack armor, get Randuin istead.
WoTA? NO.
Seraph's? NO.

AbyssaL? MAYBE, only if your opponents are not stacking MR, otherwise go for Void Staff.

Seraph's is completely viable though.

WoTA? NO. Not worth it anymore.

Abyssal? MAYBE, only if your opponents are not stacking MR, otherwise go for Void Staff.

Utterly terrible formatting. (And sometimes spelling)
You may have explained away the wrong things, without telling us the more important ones.
PLEASE explain the item choices.
