I'd like to point out that there is a cooldown reduction cap of 40%. No matter what you do, you cannot increase your cooldowns beyond this point. As Shurelya's Reverie is a rather lackluster item on most champions, I would strongly recommend that you remove it from the item build - Your masteries combined with Greater Glyphs of Focus, Randuin's Omen, and Frozen Heart put you at 42.65 CDR, just over the cap (you can actually cut 1 or 2 glyphs because of that).

Even if the cap was not 40%, I'm still not sure where you're getting your calculations from. Assuming you reach that 48% cooldown, you also have another 3% from your masteries, putting you at 51%. Bandage Toss caps at a 10 second cooldown, so 51% CDR lowers it to 4.9 seconds, not 4.

Frankly I feel that this build compromises on Amumu's great farming ability with a Sunfire Cape and instead opts for massive crowd control and a team-fight advantage. Still, outside of those, this build doesn't perform too well in the early or mid game and only really starts becoming useful in the really late-game. I'd rather have that early and mid-game dominance while transitioning into the late-game - but that's just me.

Aegis is a late game item on Amumu and only for caster heavy teams. Seeing as how it has no CD reduc I'd say NO as far as an early item goes. Sunfire got a stacking nerf, sure, but it's you played Amumu well you still probably only build 2 of them on him(3 at the most). Sunfire cape should still be played on Amumu, this item is core. Getting either giants belt OR chain vest first help a lot more with that early game survivability too.

Health Regen is about the most useless stat in the game, so don't put it in your masteries(dodge is like 2000X better). That late in the game you don't shouldn't build a Warmogs armor, it takes 100 Minions kills or 10 Champ Kill/Assists to stack it, and that much HP isn't that big of a deal on Amumu. Stack either MR or Armor on Amumu. I play ALOT of Amumu and one Sunfire cape plus another low health giving item(shurelyas, banshees veil) is plenty for a whole game.

Again, health regen is a ******ed stat, so I think you're much better off with a Veil over a Force of Nature. The move speed is nice but it's not worth it's stupid passive and 78 health regen, that's just too much money in such a dumb stat. You might be chasing a lot, but Amumu is a TANK before he's a chaser. Also, a Banshees Veil will usually get off CD during the chase after a teamfight, which will block a CC that your victims might throw at you. I also think that Banshees veil is a CORE ITEM on Amumu. I only build a Force of Nature if we're against a caster heavy team and I already have my Veil.

In all honesty, I think this build makes Amumu so much less useful. It's a laning build, and amumu is a poor laner. CD/Reduc is dumb stat to stack for a champ that has a toggled ability and the other gets auto-reduced CD by hits. If you have a team that knows what they're doing, ONE bandage toss should be all you need. Your taking Amumu and putting him in a role that TONS of other champs do A LOT better.

Thornmail and Randuins are the only items I agree with on this build really. They both work quite well on Amumu.
