This is my build I use defence masteries and some offense masteries only because Cho'gath doesn't do enough damage with his Rupture early game. So I decided to make a build where cho can do enough damage and sustain damage while pushing people out of his lane. Although this is just my playstyle, I must say that this game has to do a lot with your personal selection so please bare in mind that this build isn't for everyone. Also I must recommend that with this build you should work on your feast stacks earlier then usual don't even waste time to use feast on other summoner's because your health is really low early game with cho'gath and it just makes you the main target, basically all you have to do is be careful early game and get those feast stacks and you will be a meatshield late game.
