I'm not sure you understand what a bruiser or off tank does, my friend. Did you look through the third build? The AP scales up to 400+ depending on the game. You may not agree with it, but you shouldn't rate the guide unless you've tried it. It really seems like you looked at the top section of the guide and nothing else.
