A guide to what works, that is my intention. I don't aim to make pro guides but to make simple, workable and cheap builds.

Item progression:

I do not suggest rushing legendary items, since the bonuses from less expensive items can build up and make your early game much more enjoyable. Once you've collected all of those you can of course upgrade Razor to Blood Razor, TOTG to Manamune and B.F. Sword to Black Cleaver. Why Thornmail you may question? Because it is less likely for melee champs to attack you if they will receive damage in the process. This of course allows you to stay alive and keep your passive up while harassing with Double Up.

Additional:

The runes are common sense, summoner spells to enhance your speed and ganking ability and masteries as well.

How to work it:

MF has the potential to unleash high physical damage while avoiding primary enemy focus. You'll want to stick behind carries or tanks and allow your bullets to do your talking. Avoid using Make It Rain except for an escape or gank mechanism. Placing Make it Rain properly can also allow you to get the best results when using Bullet Time. MF can do well in the jungle of course, hiding out in the bushes is also very effective considering MFs speed and ganking ability.
