No, it isn't. this is for a totally new champion, called "PWNTHEIRFACES" PWNTHEIRFACES is a composite of various champions.-sion, olaf, and mundo

PWNTHEIRFACES's skillz

he, like most champs, has 3 normal skills, an ult, and a passive

passive: same as olaf. bezerker rage, granting +1% attack speed for every %hp missing

q= sion's e, this allows him to stack hp like a crazy fool
w= another of olaf's, this gives nice lifesteal, though the spell vamp is useless, and is half of an atama's in terms of damage. makes stacking hp help. great synergy with enrage.
e= mundo's e, this gives him tons of damage and good synergy with his passive

for your ult, you have three choices, available each time you press r, t, or y, respectively.

#1: (r) is a powerfull defensive tool. incredible synergy with massive hp.
#2: (t) is similar to the above, but more offensive and prone to cc'ing during. more of a team help.
#3: (y) is an instant hp and ad stererorid. my preference, all calculations will be done from using this.

STATS

end game, with this build, and all 4 spells active at 1% hp, you have:

ad of:414+ whatever you drained

crit chance of 75%, with 250% crit damage
potential dps=2200

Playstyle

standard off-tanky. solo top? sure. a standard solo top lacks the burst to kill you or the sustain to win the exchange. and the more confident they get, thanks to passive+e, the less they should.

you can just go solo a tower every now and then. try to push... it will help.

in a team fight, after the initiate, go exhaust the ad carry. kill him. then go focus sombody else. act as a taunt if you get on low hp near the end, daring people to try to kill you. ult when around 3+ champs that are gonna stick around.

hp+ crits

boots are unnecessary, thanks to pd+ FoN you've got almost 400 ms anyway. slight emphasis on mr+hp regen to avoid bursts. it's the melee champs that you're meant for, anyway.
