Spells:
Flash
Ignite
Ability Order
Relentless Assault (PASSIVE)
Jax Passive Ability
Cooldown Jax
In this build you'll see my unique jax build i use.
This build focus on cooldown so the player can use empower continuously.
Also note that you need runes to use this build, otherwise it wont be effective early game.
Pros / Cons
+ Ap/Ad so enemy team needs armor and magic resist too
+ Can escape easily
+ Great 1v1
- Needs much gold
- Cant take much damage
- Not effective in early game
Summoner Spells
And for the other spell i recommend two:
Ignite
You can finish enemies with itExhaust
Because you can slow enemies down and finish them
