yea, but you also missed Mejai, when its stacked fully, another waste,.. i would rather used Boots on Magic penetration because you dont have it from other items,

aand notice that low cooldown isnt everything at kennen, few abilities casted in row and you are without energy..,

Shurelya's Reverie Ionian Boots of Lucidity makes 30% mu cd runes are some like 12% and that is because i misscalculated :P ty :P

Wot? why did you spend Cooldown runes on build where you already have 40%CDR?... you cant make bigger CDR than 40% xDDD
