Blitzcrank is somewhat underappreciated as a support though he's one of the more disruptive champions the league has to offer and has arguably one of the best utility spells ever. In this guide i will try to give some tips and tricks in how to play this rusty madness.

Pros:

- Great utility spells
- Can easily seperate and destroy carries of the opponents team
- Shines even more if you coordinate with your teammates

Cons:

- Fairly long cooldowns
- No heal
- Quite dependend on a good team

I personally think Clairvoyance (CV) is vital to a support. Even if you lack heals as a support, your AD carry should pick up the heal spell because CV will help you entire game long.

I'm talking about baron and dragon controll. Preventing ganks and enabeling them while you aren't even there. Using CV on for example the top brush can prevent your teammates from getting juked and therefor securing kills.

Above all CV has a great synergy with your Rocket Grab skill. While you will get a sense for landing it without vision, having vision on your possible targets can give you full benefit.

Flash is so strong for various reasons. Not only is it one heck of a great escape tool, it also can be used offensively quite well. In combination with your Power Fist and Static Field it can not only save your teammates, but it also allows you to pick up kills and/or assists in situations where you failed to land your q or when it's on cooldown.
