when ur solo top you really need to farm alot to get these items but remeber that ur health is very low in early and mid game so be careful.
you always whant to have 3 stacks on frenzy so you get the extra attackspeed when you go into battle and i like to stay out of combat quick when my passiv kicks to asure me to get all the hp out of it.

can be usefull instead of impaleror wormwog, but you should be good with rolling thunder and majastic roar.
