Simple.
The reason why there's no full jungle item, is purely due to my playstyle. I start red, sometimes coutner their blue - depending on who the enemy jungler is - and rush around camps until I hit level 3. I then gank whichever lane is pushed back enough, hopefully get a kill and go straight for Vampiric Scepter. I find the slight life steal very usefull for clears and early game ganks. It's pretty much a given here, clear your jungle or gank until you have enough gold for Ravenous Hydra.
I've met a Shaco player before who completely disagreed with the Shiv 2nd item - like I said, purely down to gameplay. I've always found farming as Shaco (in lanes) incredibly slow. Sure, he can place his boxes and hit them, but that's not ideal for when you're tryna split push lanes, as someone on the enemy team is sure to come for you sooner or later. Shiv allows and incredibly quick wave clear, giving you more time to push the lane and put preasure on the next tower.
The final items are pretty self-explanatory, boots of mobility are handy when escaping using your Q, and the others are purely for the 100% crit chance.
I'd strongly advice a few Shaco players to try this build out if you already haven't - as since I have I've gone from an almost useless Shaco player, to Mastery 6 nearing 7 and doing incredibly better each game than I used to.
