I dont know if i've ever seen a gangplank build that didn't focus completely on the parrrley ability. You do not, since you pick Remove Scurvey over Parrrley. Runes are hopeless. Health regen? Think critical damage. Apparently you also think that ability power and tank items will make you stronger. Also, I have no idea why you take these items because you have no description at all. Sorry to say this, but this is a hopeless build.

Erm.. I forget the name of the item right now but there is one that makes crits do 250% instead of 200%, i dont see this in your build..
