Introduction
Hello everyone! DinoCoth here and bringing you a guide for
WuKong The Monkey King. In my opinion Wukong is currently my favorite champion to use. After a few months of using Wukong, I been trying out new builds to improve his playing style. To me I think this build is the best because it shows how WuKong will dominate in every game if you use him correctly.

Runes
9 Greater Mark Of Desolation
The reason that I choose Desolation runes is because of the armor penetration, without the armor penetration you wouldn't be able to do any good damage to the enemy team.
9 Greater Seal Of Resilience
Resilience runes are used because the extra armor grants Wukung more sustain in the lane and harder to take down. After all, he is a off-tank champion.
9 Greater Mark Of Shielding
In my items list, Force of Nature is at the end of the list. Without the proper runes for magic resist fighting a mage is useless early game, as they will quickly burst you down with their range.
3 Greater Quintessence of Desolation
As I said before, more armor penetration will let you be a greater threat to the enemy team.

Other Summoner Spells That You Can Get
Heal is a good summoner skill in early game, but closing in the mid game the spell isn't very helpful anymore.
Ignite I would switch out with Exhaust. If you are really desperate for First Blood, then pick this spell. Ignite can be used to reduce healing by 50% and to pick up kills in sticky situations.
Ghost is a pretty good spell if your not a Flash fan. I like the movement speed but I still prefer Flash.
Teleport: Get Teleport if you're solo top. If you are getting this spell I would replace it with Flash.Summoner Spells that isn't very helpful
Clairvoyance: This spell is mostly for supports type champions.
Smite : You can pick this spell but this guide/build isn't for jungling. Jungling Wukong will be added later on.
Masteries
I like to use 9/21/0 because Wukong needs the extra damage and cool down(Ult). 21 points in defense because he is the off-tank for the team. Damage and Defensive masteries working together will make Wukung a very good off tank to play as.

Items
STARTING ITEMS:
I take
dorans blade because it gives you about 80 Health and Life Steal. I would go for
Boots of Speed
+ 3 health potion for speed and health to regenerate over time, but I prefer the damage over speed.
FIRST RECALL:
On my first trip back to my base, I would pick up
The Brutalizer because of the damage,penetration and 10% cool downs. If you don't have enough money for it I would get
boots of speed for movement speed then upgrade it to
mercurys treads
SECOND RECALL:
On my second trip back to my wonderful base I would pick up
Giant Belt if you have enough gold , if not pick up
regrowth pendant
THRID RECALL:: Thrid Trip ( closing in to mid game) I would pick up the
warmogs armor for the health (ofc off tank must need warmogs). If you cannot get the whole thing get the
ruby crystal
MID GAME:
Next item I would aim for
Phage because of the slow and HP which later converts to damage with
Impaler.
Next Item is the
Imapaler because Wukong needs damage fromwarmogs and
Phage to fully dominate in the game. Also more armor makes a good off tank too!
LATE GMAE:
Finally aim for
FoN ( Force Of Nature) because of the AMAZING health regeneration 0.35% of your current health, with warmogs and Frozen Mallet the health regeneration is about 25-30 HP per second. After this item you can easily deflect the
Madred's BloodRazor and NEVER have to go back for health.
Frozen Mallet before FoN because you still need the extra health for FoN's health regeneration + the damage.
After this build you can EASILY get a penta kill without worrying about dying.

Summary
Overall, if you know how to play Wukong mechanic-wise and use this build, you will completely dominate in everygame.
