to be honest...i dont actually have the runes. im only a lvl 18 :P...But i have been playing with 30's for a long time (friends) and have experience with playing. So i jut put in runes for the bonuses for now..didnt really pay attention to which bonus where..And for the 2 excecutioners, i dont usually play the game that far through to get them, but you can preety much go with anything else you want. I just use em for the crit and DOT/life steal.

how do you fair against tanks/beefy melee that stack armor? I would switch quintessences to armor penetration and seals to mana/5/level. Then also change blue i guess hehe. I'll try the build it seems even quiet interesting, but why 2x executioners calling?
