Singed is easily one of the most annoying person in league, with a rating of 10/10! You can chase a singed, but when you start too, it will start to slowly kill you because he will probably activate his poison trail.

I put these Runes because he needs to be fast and he need cooldown for his fling. I put magic resist and armor because it helps with defence.

I put these masteries because they are the standard masteries build for AP champions.

I put this item build because Singed is a tanky AP champ.

You should get these abilities 1st because he doesnt need to level his w until his maximum.

I chose these summoner spells so that (with ghost) he can go faster to catch up with his victims and clarity because he runs out of mana very fast initially.

The only thing you need to get when jungling except for things that only give health, experience and money, all you will need is blue buff.

Singed is a very good farmer because of his q. The trick is to activate his q and just walk around the minions until all of them are poisoned then you can just start using you basic attacks 2 kill them.
