here's how this build works. Xin zhao is a monster early game, especially with the hail of blades and his q. Once you hit lvl 3 you want to go in by first hitting w(wait for bone plating to run out if they have it), then go in with e and get 3 autos. Keep autoing until they get to tower. Repeat this and the enemy wont be able to do anything to you. Melee matchups are the easiest. They have to get close to you which is xin zhao's strength, meaning he can just beat em up. Ranged matchups however take a bit longer to kill as they dont wanna get close to you and usually can run away easily.
