Coding: Really poor, but atleast making the same error consistently :P
Formatting: I'm not sure about this, seen worse, but it's not good either.
Ornaments: Change those pictures... lacks some beuty elements.

Content

Chapters: It's ok, would rename 1st chapter to introduction though. Some minor stuff like that.
Runes: They are ok. But please make proper reasoning and add alternatives.
Masteries: is questionable, the rest is good. Better reasoning/explanations here but the format is really bad.
Skills: Alternative summoner spells please. Maybe add some combos and tips on skills. Format issues again.
Items: I'm not sure about , it's simply a meh item. Add alternatives. Also remove build order since it depends on a lot.
Gameplay: Pretty general, add more detail. Matchup section?
