Q-Baleful Strike: This a must need skill at the beginning of the game. You gain one ap per kill. (minions included)This is what helps you start nuking everyone on the other team. I usually max this out first so I can get my ap faster.

W- Dark Matter: A good way to harass people, but drains alot of you mana. This forces the person to move from your W, or else get hit and take alot of damage. This should be mastered second.

E-Event Horizon: Good for team fights and running away. This stuns your enemies if they run into the wall. Also helps when running away because it forces someone to run around the circle, or get stunned.

R-Primodial Burst: This is what gives you the advantage over all ap carries. It does about 800 damage at the least. Then you would add your own ap to the base amount (which should be at around 700-800, 900-1000 on a great game), then takes 80% of the targets ap and adds that to the base and ap to get the total.

Using Veigar is quite hard, there are many things that can go wrong while using him.

1. Veigar is generally a squishy ap carry. He dies really fast to other ad carries and possibly ap carries

2. Tanks.... Tanks will make your life horrible. They have a lot of health, and they soak up your q and ult. When you see a tank, just run.

3. To win with Veigar, you need to be able to farm with q, if you dont, you wont be bursting anyone anytime soon.

4. Feeding, its very easy to feed someone with Veigar. This will almost always cause your team to lose

1. Garen: He can be played a tank, and will not get any ap. Since he does not get any ap, your ult and anything else wont do anything.

2. LeBlanc: She can silence you also and teleport next to you to deal insane burst damage, if youre able to stun her, its not so bad.

3. Caitlyn: Her attack damage is probly gonna be off the charts. Also, her fast and powerful attacks will melt you quite fast, but just like leBlanc, stun and you'll be okay
